A. Personal Details

First Name: Enter your legal first name.
Middle Name: If applicable, enter your middle name.
Last Name: Enter your surname/family name.
Father's Name: Enter your father's full name.
Mother's Name: Enter your mother's full name.
Category: Select your category (GEN/OBC/SC/ST/PWD).
Gender: Select Male/Female.
Date of Birth: Enter in DD/MM/YYYY format.
Age: Auto-calculated based on DOB.

Photo Upload:

Format: JPG, JPEG, or PNG
Size: 10 KB - 200 KB
Dimensions: 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
Background: White or light-colored
Ensure face is clearly visible, no shadows

B. Employment Details

Designation: Your current job title (e.g., "Assistant Manager").
Pay Level: Your current Pay Level as per 7th CPC (e.g., "11").
Organization: Your current employer's name.

C. Educational Qualifications (Graduation Onwards)

Click "Add Another Qualification" for multiple entries.
Fill:
- Qualification (e.g., B.Tech, MBA)
- University/Institute
- Year of Passing
- Specialization (e.g., Computer Science, Finance)
- % Marks/CGPA (e.g., 85%, 8.5 CGPA)

D. Work Experience (Current to Past)

Click "Add Another Work Experience" for multiple entries.
Fill:
- Post Held (e.g., "Software Engineer")
- Organization
- From & To Dates (MM/YYYY)
- Job Profile (brief description of responsibilities)

E. Sponsor Information (For Government-Sponsored Candidates Only)

Fill sponsor details (Name, Designation, Address, Contact).
Ensure the sponsor's official stamp & signature are included.

F. Signature Upload

Format: JPG, JPEG, or PNG
Size: 5 KB - 100 KB
Dimensions: 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
Use black or blue ink on white paper

3. Declaration

Read the declaration carefully.
By submitting, you agree to abide by AJNIFM's rules.

4. Submission & Print

Submit Application: Click "Submit" to finalize.
Print Form: Click "Print Form" for a hard copy.
